Clean Nepal is an individual initiative cleaning practice based on the informal attitude popularly known as tactical urbanism. The principle of this movement recovers old habits of the traditional society when the urban system could not access prohibitive improvements of the city due of the lack of resources. In this situation, small interventions of the urban community could improve the public infrastructure of the capital, increasing the potential of the collective awareness. Cleaning becomes then a world changer, a shift paradigm of the living in the city, a pragmatically guidebook of a new perception of the urban space.
The goal of this project is not only a hygienization or the improvement of the urban ecological level, but to change the perception of the cities, it could be a home for all community thorough this collaborative working of the environment. In this case, low-cost pilot projects improve the formal implication of the administrative formal structure of the city by the work of the citizen. In fact, this civic ecology gives a framework for the community resilience in a continuous reshaped vision about the demographical changes of the city.
This humanistic approach empathizes the awareness about living patterns of the city that becomes a community design, a collaborative system of the cultural equity and biodiversity.
